Accounts with real-money gambling sites lie beyond our help. For gambling support, ConnexOntario may be telephoned free of charge on 1-866-531-2600.
Admission to Fernbloom House is limited to adults of 19 years or more. All play uses virtual coins of no monetary value, which can be neither bought nor sold, nor withdrawn, nor exchanged. The house keeps no coin shop and no payment page, awards no prizes of real-world value, and wishes to be clear that success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
