1. The keepers of the house

These terms govern your use of fernbloomhouse.com ("Fernbloom House", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of fernbloomhouse.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Admission

Use of Fernbloom House is restricted to persons aged 19 or over. In using the site you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. The virtual coinage

  • All games are played with virtual coins, provided without charge.
  • Coins possess no monetary value and constitute neither money, nor credit, nor property.
  • Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist on the site.
  • No prize having real-world value is offered.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling is excluded

Fernbloom House neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling and contains no links to gambling operators.

5. Registered accounts

  • A free account is required for play in the glasshouses that call for one. Each person may hold one account, which is not to be shared.
  • Your password must be kept private. Should another person use your account, notify us without delay.
  • An account may be deleted at any moment from the account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
  • We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe to be held by a person under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions attach to the account rather than to you as property, and are liable to be reset.

6. Conduct on the site

No visitor may attempt to disrupt the site, deploy automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. When the glasshouses close, and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and any part of it may be altered or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These conditions do not limit any liability which by law cannot be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Laws of the province

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario together with the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
